Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shiprocket Standard usually takes 5-7 business days, while Shiprocket Express usually takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Currently, DECANTRAIL ships across India. International delivery is not available yet.
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee any modifications.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible SADRO clothing can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Perfume decants and opened fragrance items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Contact us with your order number and issue details. If the item qualifies, we will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
